Electric Road Bikes: Fixed-Gear and Belt-Drive Builds
Six slim 700C road models built around simplicity — fixed gears, single speeds, hidden or saddle-bag batteries, and two Gates carbon belt drives.
The road family is the minimalist end of the catalogue. Every model is a 36V rear-hub build of 250W or 350W on 700C×25C tires, and the design language is fixed-gear street bikes: clean frames, riveted retro saddles on the M13 pair, and batteries hidden in the frame (M13-Belt) or carried in a saddle bag (M8, M7). These are style-led urban bikes for flat cities, not geared road machines, and the page describes them that way so your buyers' expectations land correctly.

Chain, Belt and the M13 Note
Two models run Gates carbon belt drive with a fixed gear — the M16 and M16A — and the M13-Belt runs a belt with a single speed. The M13 itself is a chain-drive bike per its specification table (KMC steel chain); its marketing text mentions a belt, and the table governs, so the M13 is presented here as the chain-drive fixed-gear model with a removable battery. The M8 and M7 use KMC chains with fixed or single-speed layouts. The belt models are gathered on the belt-drive page.
Published top speeds on the M16, M16A and M8 are given as 50 km/h in the manufacturer's data — treat that as the unrestricted figure and confirm the configuration your market requires before quoting it onward.
Questions Buyers Ask
Can I order samples first?
Yes — under the factory's published sample policy, spare units can be provided for sampling; the sample fee and courier cost are paid by the buyer. Confirm availability for the models you want when you inquire.
How long does production take?
The published lead time is 30–60 days after the advance payment is received, depending on the product category and order quantity. Ask us to confirm the schedule for the exact models in your inquiry.
Are these bikes suitable for hills?
They are single-speed and fixed-gear city bikes; sustained climbing is not their brief. For hillier cities, look at the geared commuter family or the mid-drive city models (C7M, C8M).
What certificates do the products carry?
Certificates available upon request. Send your target market in the inquiry and we will confirm which documentation can be provided for the models you are sourcing.
Read the road table by drivetrain and the family resolves into two characters. The chain-drive models (M13, M8) are the traditionalists: fixed-gear simplicity, a KMC chain to maintain, and on the M8 a controller carried in a saddle bag in proper retro fashion. The belt models (M16, M16A, M13-Belt) trade that ritual for silence and cleanliness — no oil, no rust, nothing to mark a trouser leg — at a specification premium. Both characters share the same design language of riveted saddles and minimal frames; the choice is about how the owner wants to spend maintenance minutes, and distributors usually stock one of each.
