OEM is a founding activity of this company: its own history records OEM complete-bike assembly from 2014, and its About account describes producing for well-known domestic and overseas brands (the brands are not named, and we do not name them either). A private-label program here usually takes one of three shapes.
Three Ways to Build Your Range
1. Private label on production models
Choose models from the catalogue, apply your brand, colors and specification adjustments, and ship under your name. This is the fastest route: the models are in production, samples are available from spare units, and the published lead time after deposit is 30–60 days depending on category and quantity.
2. Customized production models
Start from a production platform and change the specification — motor class, battery capacity and cell source, drivetrain, brakes, tires, finish. Most models in the catalogue already list custom colors; component-level changes are confirmed per model at quotation, against the model's build sheet.
3. Production from sample or drawing
The factory's published service offering includes building to a customer's sample or drawing, including modeling and mold-making for new designs. This is the slowest and most committed route, and the one to choose when the product itself is your differentiation.
Branding and Packing
Bikes ship 85% assembled in brown cartons as standard, and folding models can ship folded. Branded cartons can be arranged where the customer holds a registered patent and authorizes the use of its brand — the factory's published condition, stated here so your packaging plan can account for it early. Before payment, confirm frame decal and color programs, manual language, customization scope and minimum order quantity for each model.
Terms
Payment is T/T with a 30% deposit and 70% before shipment; samples are prepaid in full. Trade terms: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU, DDP. Every complete bike is 100% electrically and mechanically tested before packing. Minimum order quantities are not published as a single figure. State your planned quantities and customization scope in the inquiry, and request the minimum for each model in writing.

Can I order samples first?
Yes — under the factory's published sample policy, spare units can be provided for sampling; the sample fee and courier cost are paid by the buyer. Confirm availability for the models you want when you inquire.
How long does production take?
The published lead time is 30–60 days after the advance payment is received, depending on the product category and order quantity. Ask us to confirm the schedule for the exact models in your inquiry.
What are the payment terms?
Standard terms are T/T with a 30% deposit and the 70% balance paid before shipment. Samples are paid in full before production. Trade terms offered include EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU and DDP.
Can I visit or audit the factory?
The company's Alibaba storefront record shows a TÜV Rheinland on-site check. For visit or audit arrangements for a specific program, raise it in your inquiry.
What certificates do the products carry?
