Electric Bike Frames: Alloy Platforms Across Eight Families
Frames are a stated parts line of this factory. The catalogue's frame set runs from 6061 alloy city and trail frames to full-suspension and carbon builds.

Every complete bike in the catalogue sits on a frame this factory builds or specifies, and frames are sold as a line in their own right — for local-assembly programs, kit builders who source motors and batteries separately, and distributors developing a house frame. The dominant material is 6061 aluminum alloy; the premium line is carbon fiber, covered separately on the carbon frames page.

Custom Frame Work
The factory's published service offering includes production from a customer's sample or drawing, including modeling and mold-making. For a frame program that means geometry and battery-format decisions (down-tube, rack or seat-tube packs; integrated mid-drive shells for M-series motors versus standard bottom brackets for hub or BBS builds) are agreed against drawings before tooling. Send the drawing or the host requirements in your inquiry; if the project needs a motor interface we do not build, we will say so at quotation stage rather than after tooling.
Questions Buyers Ask
Can I order samples first?
Yes — under the factory's published sample policy, spare units can be provided for sampling; the sample fee and courier cost are paid by the buyer. Confirm availability for the models you want when you inquire.
Can frames be supplied unpainted or in custom colors?
Custom colors are listed options on many production models, and frame-only supply can be specified in the inquiry. Confirm the finish schedule (paint, decals, branding) for your program in the quotation.
How long does production take?
The published lead time is 30–60 days after the advance payment is received, depending on the product category and order quantity. Ask us to confirm the schedule for the exact models in your inquiry.
What certificates do the products carry?
Certificates available upon request. Send your target market in the inquiry and we will confirm which documentation can be provided for the models you are sourcing.
A frame is also a starting point, and the two frame programs here serve two kinds of builder. The 6061 aluminum frames are the volume tool: weldable, rack-friendly, tolerant of workshop handling, and the base for private-label programs that need their own geometry story without a composite budget. The carbon frames are the differentiation tool, for brands whose retail price needs a material headline. Both routes should start the same way — with the target build specified (motor interface, battery format, wheel standard, brake standard) before the frame is chosen, because a frame decision quietly fixes every one of those for the life of the program.
