Electric Bike Parts: Batteries, Motors, Controllers and Frames

Parts supply is one of the factory's four stated business lines — batteries, motors, controllers, frames and related components for the models it builds and for trade programs.

The company's own description of its business lists four activities: custom manufacturing to customer requirements, own-brand complete bikes, parts sales — batteries, motors, controllers, frames and related components — and after-sales support. This page is the parts line's front door. It serves two buyers: distributors who need service parts for the Freepath models they sell, and program buyers assembling kits or local builds from factory components.

Parts Categories

Packs

48V Ebike Batteries

Production packs from 10Ah to 20Ah in frame, rack and seat-tube formats, LG, Samsung or domestic cells.

Drive

Electric Bike Motors

The full motor map: Bafang mid-drives and hubs, LAX, TrunkRun and AKM units as fitted to production bikes.

Frames

Electric Bike Frames

6061 alloy frames across the families, from city step-through formats to full-suspension trail frames.

Carbon

Carbon Fiber Bike Frames

Carbon frames from the E18/E23/EC production models.

Controllers, Displays and Small Parts

Controllers in the production range are matched to their motors — 36V units from 13A to 18A, 48V units from 15A to 30A, including integrated controllers inside the M620/M600 motor housings and the BBS02. Displays range from basic LED units (the S-series cruisers) through KT and JANA LCDs to color IPS screens (APT 860C, Bafang DPC18, 850C). Sensors cover cadence, speed and torque formats. When ordering parts, the reliable route is to name the production model the part belongs to — the component set is then quoted against that model's build sheet rather than by generic description.

Spares Strategy for Distributors

Agree the spares list at the same time as the bike order: brake pads and rotors for the fitted brake model, tires in the fitted sizes, a controller and display per model family, and one battery per pack format. Because so many models share components (Tektro brakes, KMC chains, Shimano drivetrains recur across the catalogue), a range-wide spares shelf is shorter than buyers expect.

Questions Buyers Ask

Can I order samples first?

Yes — under the factory's published sample policy, spare units can be provided for sampling; the sample fee and courier cost are paid by the buyer. Confirm availability for the models you want when you inquire.

Can I order parts for a model I already stock?

Yes. Name the model and the part. Before ordering, confirm the part number, connector specification and firmware compatibility against that model's production build sheet.

How long does production take?

The published lead time is 30–60 days after the advance payment is received, depending on the product category and order quantity. Ask us to confirm the schedule for the exact models in your inquiry.

What certificates do the products carry?

Certificates available upon request. Send your target market in the inquiry and we will confirm which documentation can be provided for the models you are sourcing.

Build a spares shelf by failure frequency, not by catalogue order. The first shelf is consumables — chains, brake pads, tires, tubes, cables — the parts a working bike eats on a schedule. The second shelf is incident parts: displays, throttles, sensors, a controller per platform, the items a crash or a knock takes out. The third is the slow shelf: a spare motor and battery capacity for the fleet's hardest-worked bikes, held against the day a failure would otherwise idle a vehicle for a freight cycle. Agreeing all three shelves while the first order is open is the cheapest logistics decision in the ebike trade.
