Hardtail Electric Mountain Bikes

The working end of the mountain family: alloy hardtails on Bafang hub and mid motors, 36V and 48V, built for price-sensitive trail and rental programs.

Hardtails are where most trail volume sits, and this family offers six of them on a simple formula: a 6061 alloy frame, a lockable suspension fork, a Bafang motor and a Shimano drivetrain. The differences that matter are motor position and power (the M15 is a 250W TrunkRun mid-drive; the rest are rear hubs from 350W to 500W), battery size (10Ah to 12.5Ah), and small specification choices — the M6 folds, the M14 runs narrower 26×1.95 tires for mixed surfaces, and the M2 is the 36V entry build with the group's highest payload rating at 150 kg.

Why Programs Standardize on Hardtails

A hardtail fleet is cheaper to buy, simpler to service and lighter to ship than a full-suspension fleet, and the shared components across these models — Tektro M300 brakes appear on the M3, M4, M2, M14 and M15; Kenda tires and Shimano gearing throughout — keep a rental or resort fleet's spares shelf short. The trade-off is comfort and traction on rough descents, which is why the family also offers the full-suspension group for premium tiers of the same program.

Note the M6 if your buyers store bikes in apartments or car boots: it is the 500W hardtail platform (same motor, battery and fork family as the M4) in a folding frame.

Questions Buyers Ask

Can I order samples first?

Yes — under the factory's published sample policy, spare units can be provided for sampling; the sample fee and courier cost are paid by the buyer. Confirm availability for the models you want when you inquire.

How long does production take?

The published lead time is 30–60 days after the advance payment is received, depending on the product category and order quantity. Ask us to confirm the schedule for the exact models in your inquiry.

M3 or M4 — what actually differs?

Per the published data: the M3 runs a 48V 10Ah battery, an RST Alpha fork and a 9-speed Acera drivetrain, and adds a rear suspension unit; the M4 runs a 12.5Ah battery, a Suntour lockout fork and a 7-speed drivetrain as a true hardtail. Choose the M4 for battery and simplicity, the M3 for gearing range and the rear unit.

What certificates do the products carry?

Certificates available upon request. Send your target market in the inquiry and we will confirm which documentation can be provided for the models you are sourcing.
